1984 was the first year for Gotland Grand National and now, 35 years later, it is the world's largest enduro competition .
The magical start of the competition is something you do not want to miss. The drivers are all waiting on their clean motorbikes in silence for the sound of the gunshot that means they get to start their motorbikes. In no time the difficult terrain turn their clean clothes and bikes into nothing but mud.
One lap race is 22 km long with mixed terrain, there is water holes, mud holes, slippery limestone and small paths in the forest. Today GGN has classes for all ages with around 3000 drivers in each class.
